May is truly a festive month for Malaysian!

May is a happy month with a lot of celebrations to anticipate. Making its way in putting smiles for the working category from even the first day of this month; Labour Day. Say thank you and show your appreciation to your teachers in mid of May which is the Teacher’s Day, 16th May. Let’s not forget to show some love for the beautiful ethnicity of Kadazan-Dusuns in their Kaamatan Festival by the end of the month, 30th – 31st May. Ramadan / 6th May – 4th June & Nuzul Al-Quran / 22nd May

Ramadan is a blessed and significant fasting period for all the Muslim people all around the world. For Malaysian during this time, apart from doing good deeds, it’s also an opportunity to catch the nearest or the liveliest Ramadan Bazaar, to gather for a meaningful Iftar session at KL or Putrajaya, and also a good moment to teach your children about boundless rewards in Ramadan and the fasting practice.

Activities Commemorating Mother’s Day / 12th May

3. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Charity Tulip Sale / 11th May

KLM is flying in over 3,500 fresh stalks of tulips from the Netherlands and they will be offered for sale at RM 6 per stalk for charity. In supporting the palliative care in Malaysia, all the funds raised will be donated to the beneficiary of this year, Hospis Malaysia.
