Kids Academy is offering 4 different weeks of fun, information-packed and exciting holiday program during this school holiday (25th Nov to 20th Dec 2019). If your child is between 3 to 9 years old, you can enrol them for these titles for only RM350 per title. 25 – 29 Nov 2019 – What Makes Me a Good Friend?

As parents, we hope our kids grow up mixing with the correct group of people, especially friends. So, how do we let our child know what are good friends? Did your child feel upset when their friends do not want to talk to or play with them?

Good friends are loyal and accept you for who you are during the good and bad times. Does your child know how good are they and how can they make more friends? Let your child join this program and discover these qualities in an interactive setting with fun activities. They will also be going to an interesting Playland to nurture and build good friendship.

2 – 6 Dec – Multiple Intelligence in Me

Everyone has all eight types of the intelligences listed at varying levels of aptitude. Why Multiple Intelligences is important for children? Albert Einstein mentioned “Everyone is a genius, but if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid”.

Would you want to know what strengths do your child possess? What is he/she strong in or has higher intelligence in? Multiple intelligences represent different intellectual abilities and separated into 8 intelligence modalities, namely Naturalist, Visual Spatial, Musical Rhythmic, Verbal Linguistic, Bodily Kinesthetic, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal and Logical Mathematical. In this 5 day program, your child will discover the various multiple intelligences that exist in themselves. Not only will they be learning the different intelligences but also have some cool games/activities to discover the differences and a visit to a farm to explore the few intelligences learnt in the camp.

9 – 13 Dec (4 days) – Wonders of Numbers

Do your child like Mathematics? Does your child know what can numbers do? Is Maths really that important? Maths help us to think analytically. Analytical and reasoning skills are important because they help us solve problems and look for solutions. How can we make Mathematics an interesting subject for children?

In this program, they will have a chance to try some cool tricks in number games and appreciate the many wonders of numbers. They will be going for an intensive baking/cooking workshop, where they will learn the various measurements and numbers involved in the whole preparation process. We believe by the end of this program your child will love Maths class/lessons even more.

16 – 20 Dec – All About STEM

The global economy is changing. Current jobs are disappearing due to automation and new jobs are emerging every day as a result of technological advances. The continual advances in technology are changing the way students learn, connect and interact every day. Skills developed by students through STEM provide them with the foundation to succeed at school and beyond. But what is STEM actually?

This holiday program is designed to teach science, technology, engineering and mathematics to students of all ages in a fun and engaging way. Your child will have loads of opportunities to try their hands on a wide range of STEM gadgets and gears in our academy. Not only that, they will be going for an excursion to a science centre, a great way to reinforce what they have learnt.
