Event Description

This weekend is back to fun STEM classes challenging the problem solving and creative skill set! Children will be tasked with creating their own Mazes using a variety of resources then challenging other children to complete their Maze! Loads of FUN!

Using fun, hands-on resources these craft activities are sure to help your children with their art skills, as well as being a useful educational experience. There are a number of different benefits of art and craft STEM activities for kids.

These include:

• Improving coordination and motor skills. Arts and crafts are great for helping kids with using their hands through precise, hands-on work. This is beneficial in a range of different topics, as well as being really helpful for handwriting.
• It helps students express themselves and develop their creativity, which can be applied to plenty of subjects, both in and out of school.
• When working in groups, art and craft activities can also help children socialise and work together.
• Teamwork in putting together a craft or piece of art is a great way to develop these skills.
