Event Description

At CEFL KD, we strive to transcend the learning of English beyond the classroom. EEP offers opportunities for students to make connections and apply their learning in the real world. It also helps to raise awareness of major environmental issues happening around the world and let them see the interconnectedness of social, ecological, economic, cultural, and political issues. EEP also enhances critical and creative thinking skills as it encourages students to research, investigate how and why things happen, and make their own decisions about complex environmental issues.

Most importantly, EEP fosters responsible action towards taking better care of the environment as well as to keep our environment healthy and sustainable for the future. As quoted by Leo Tolstoy “One of the first conditions of happiness is that the link between man and nature shall not be broken.”
