Event Description

Mum Makeover FB Contest

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. Like us at facebook.com/AtriaDJ

2. Send us your photos between 21st April – 3rd May 2016, 10pm:

• If you’re participating to win the contest for your mom:
  • Submit a photo of “you & your mum” along with your name & IC number. Post it in the comments section of the contest visual HERE.
  • If you’re a mum, submit your happy family moment photos along with your name and IC number, in the comments section of the contest visual.
• You can also send us your photos via PM. The last date for submission is 3rd May 2016, 10pm.

3. Important: To qualify for the prize, you must:

• Submit your photo. (as mentioned above)
• Register via the online form and tell us why you would like to win by filling in: “I would like to win this contest for myself /or my mom because …. ” (in 500 characters or less). Answers must only submitted via the online registration form. The last date for submission is 3rd May 2016, 10pm.

4. Share the contest visual on your timeline and invite your friends to join along with you. Stay tuned to our fan-page, to get latest updates on the winners’ announcement on 4th May 2016.

Winning Criteria: 

1. Five lucky winners will be selected, as winners for the Mum Makeover FB Contest.
2. The five lucky winners will be announced on 4th May 2016, 11am. (UTC+08:00). 
3. The chosen five winners must visit us on 7th May 2016 at Atria Shopping Gallery to enjoy the specially designed mum makeover. 
4. The makeover experience of the 5 winners will be shared on our Facebook/Instagram feeds and a professional photo-shoot will be conducted to cover the event.
5. Only these five winners will be eligible to be in the running for the Grand Prize by gaining the most numbers of votes on their photos which will be uploaded by Atria Shopping Gallery. Voting period will start from 8th May – 15th May 2016.
6. The entry with the most liked/most number of votes (out of these five) will win the grand prize.
7. The grand prize winner will be announced on 17th May 2016 on our Facebook timeline. 
8. The grand prize must be collected/claimed before 16th June 2016 at 1st Floor Management Office. Failing which, the respective prizes shall be forfeited.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The Management’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants and no correspondence whatsoever shall be entertained. 
2. The Management reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with another item of similar value without prior notice. 
3. All prizes are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. 
4. All winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prizes.
5. The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the winners in any media/publication whatsoever, of which the winners hereby duly consent. 
6. The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on to the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice. 
7. The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or suspend this Contest at the absolute discretion of the Management without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants. 
8. By participating in this Contest, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
