Event Description

Our camp is designed to help children discover and develop social communication and competence using the Social Thinking curriculum based on the We Thinkers Vol. 1 curriculum. The camp aims to address fundamental Social Thinking components in a fun, exciting, and relational way. The camp will be conducted by our professionally trained multidisciplinary interventionists. Using a combination of stories, music, dramatic play, art and craft, and life skills activities, your child will learn: What are thoughts and feelings, Understand what it means to be part of a group, To figure out the group plan. Social Discoverer is an INCLUSIVE camp and we welcome typically developing children and children with social learning weaknesses to simulate a typical learning environment.
