Three Billy Goats Gruff Storytime & STEM Class @ CURIOOkids, Desa Parkcity

Event Description

This weekend is a fun STEM activity!

Once upon a time there were three Billy-Goats Gruff; Little Billy-Goat, Middle-Sized Billy Goat and Great Big Billy-Goat, who lived in a field in a green valley. They loved to eat sweet grass, but sadly their field was now brown and barren because they were greedy goats and they’d eaten every last blade of grass! They need to get to the other side! Children need to make a sturdy bridge to take them across!

They must also use their mathematical skills, taking measurements to understand key dimensions of what they’re designing. Lastly, by cutting, sticking and creating the bridge, children can develop their fine motor skills. As the small movements of the hands, wrists and fingers, these are essential for muscle dexterity, handwriting and hand-eye coordination.
Children will also hear the tales of the Three Billy Goats Gruff with a short story telling! A fun activity for the weekend!
